Agency vs Independent

Definition

An agency escort works through a booking service that handles marketing, scheduling, and screening. An independent escort runs their own business entirely. Both have pros and cons. Agencies offer convenience and a layer of vetting, but you might not get to choose your exact companion and rates tend to be higher because the agency takes a cut. Independents give you direct communication, often more personality in the interaction, and sometimes better rates, but you're responsible for doing your own research. I worked both sides and eventually went independent because I wanted full control.
