Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using Meetanescort you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult-oriented content is lawful where you reside.

Accounts may only be created by individuals. Automated registration, bots, or accounts on behalf of others are prohibited.

Providers (“Providers”) may list verified profiles to advertise lawful companionship and entertainment services. By registering as a Provider you agree to:

• Submit truthful identity and verification information.
• Use only your own photos and accurately represent yourself.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Not advertise prohibited services (see Prohibited Conduct).

Meetanescort reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms or the spirit of the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in or solicit any unlawful activity, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, or non-consensual conduct of any kind.
• Post content depicting any person under the age of 18.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or photos.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate another person.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Service content without written permission.
• Use the Service to launder money or process fraudulent payments.

Violations are reported to law enforcement where required by law.

Meetanescort uses a virtual currency called “coins.” Coins are non-refundable, have no cash value outside the Service, and may not be transferred between accounts. All purchases are final, except where required by law.

Pricing for coin packs and ad actions (Post, Renew, Boost, Feature) may change with notice. Existing balances are not affected by pricing changes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”) but grant Meetanescort a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you own (or have permission to license) all rights necessary to grant this license, including model releases for any person depicted in photographs you upload.

Verification badges indicate that a Provider has submitted government-issued ID and a live selfie that our team manually matched. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, background check, or guarantee of any kind regarding the Provider’s services or conduct.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Meetanescort does not arrange, broker, or participate in any meeting between users; users transact with each other at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetanescort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the portal. Meetanescort may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal obligations. Outstanding coin balances are forfeited upon termination for violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the portal and via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
