Rates are the prices a provider charges for their time. Most providers list rates by the hour, with discounts for longer bookings like two hours, half day, overnight, or travel. Rates reflect the provider's experience, the market they work in, and the services they offer. Never haggle. If a rate is more than you can afford, find someone in your budget rather than trying to negotiate down. Negotiating rates is considered disrespectful and most providers will simply stop responding if you try it.
