The Biltmore corridor is the older-money resort district, the Arizona Biltmore (Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced, dating to 1929) anchors the area, with the Royal Palms a short drive east and a cluster of long-running country-club-adjacent properties in between. This is the in-Phoenix-proper resort base, separate from but spiritually continuous with the Scottsdale resort corridor. A client who wants resort feel without crossing into Scottsdale municipality stays here.
