Chandler is the East Valley tech corridor, Intel's largest US campus is here, several big chip-fab and semiconductor operations cluster nearby, and the surrounding business hotels run a steady weekday demand pattern that has nothing to do with the Scottsdale resort calendar. Rates sit in the mid-market band, agencies are well-represented, and the hotel base is the Crowne Plaza San Marcos, the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass (technically Gila River reservation, just south), and a handful of business-park properties.

Chandler bookings are largely tech-business-traveler driven, leaner, transactional, and not socially elaborate. Dinner-date format is rare here. Outcall to a corporate hotel suite, two-hour standard, repeat client every quarter, that's the modal pattern.
